My lower body workout was fair-to-middling this morning. I’m still upping the weights to find my limits, and I haven’t found them yet…which makes the workouts a bit short of satisfying. I expect to really get hit hard on Friday, though, when I go back to upper body stuff (bench presses, etc.). Call me crazy, but I *love* the post-workout soreness. Sure, it’s not very comfortable…but there are few other things that constantly remind you of your accomplishments.
